Toilets are available on every level of the venue, including accessible facilities.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Are there baby changing facilities?

We accept both cash and card payments.

The venue can be accessed via the main entrance outdoor stairs, with clear signage directing visitors upstairs to The Guild Lounge.

The Guild Lounge is committed to providing an accessible experience for all visitors. Here is a guide to our accessibility features:

Access Guide

  • Entrance - the venue is fully accessible. There is a lift from the ground floor, and if the ramp to the car park is opened, you can enter through a flat path straight to the foyer.
  • Facilities - a  disabled toilet is available in the atrium on the first floor.
